Chair Warranty Information

Computer Comforts, Inc. warrants its products to the original retail purchaser against failure due to defects in material and workmanship as follows:

• Lifetime on pneumatic cylinders
• Lifetime on seat foam against greater than 5% compression
• 5 years on chair control mechanism
• 5 years on bases and casters
• 3 years on fabric against unusual wear or deterioration

All warranties are limited to products in normal commercial usage, defined as single shift use for a standard 40-hour work week by persons weighing 250 pounds or less. When usage is more than a single shift, a two-year warranty on all parts applies. Fabric is warranted for one year in these cases.
